Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for the accuracy and legal sufficiency of records, approvals, signatures, filings, notices, and governance actions entered into or generated through StockReg.
Templates
Templates are starting points only. Customers must confirm the applicable jurisdiction, entity type, governing documents, approval method, and current version with qualified counsel.
